Returns

Returns are good for store credit or exchange only. We do not offer money back to the original form of payment. 


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately you cannot return your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/ Worn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds for gift cards are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Please email us before sending your return back. We approve all returns before being sent back to us. 

Returns  (if applicable)                                                               Items that are in the exact condition as it was sent, still have the tags on, and have been unworn are available for a return within 30 days of item being bought. Items are available to return through in store or mail. You will get a gift card for the amount you paid that can be used anytime in the future. If you purchased Seel Return Assurance, you will receive a refund back onto your original payment method. Please allow us 3 days to inspect your items & send you an email of your gift card. We do not offer money back on your credit card for returns, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. You can purchase Seel Return Assurance at checkout if you want the option to return and receive a refund. You can learn more about Seel Return Assurance here.  You may not purchase Seel Return Assurance after you have purchased your items.                

Sale items (if applicable)
Sale items can be returned for a gift card to the online store unless noted in the description of the item at the time of purchase. If you don't read the description that says it cannot be returned & try to return the item we will deny your item, unless you purchase Seel Return Assurance. Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon receiving the item.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@shopthreetwelve.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. If Seel Return Assurance was purchased a refund will be received on the original form of payment.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If the item is an exchange, we will pay to ship the new size to you.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

Orders are typically shipped within two business days of receiving the order.  If an item you ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you via email and refund the item from your purchase.  If you have any special requests or questions, please email help@shopthreetwelve.com and we will try and answer them as soon as possible.
